Optical Table Cover & LabVIEW Instrument Control
Precision optics need a stable, contamination-free environment — even minor drift or stray light can throw off alignment. I designed and built a custom enclosure to shield the optical table from dust and stray light, modeling it in SolidWorks for a precise fit around existing hardware.
To bring the hardware online, I also developed a LabVIEW control program for a Thorlabs PM100D power meter — giving the setup a working software interface for real-time power monitoring. View the code on GitHub →
